Why Bali Within?
“Bali Within” is more than a name—it is a place I carry in my heart. A spiritual home that has held me through many seasons of becoming.
Since I was a young woman, returning to Bali has been a ritual—an annual pilgrimage to reconnect with something deep and sacred. It is where I go when life feels heavy, when I’m grieving, when my mind grows loud and my body quiet. Bali has witnessed my tears, my healing, my unfolding. The land, the gods, the people—they have always held me with gentleness.
In Bali, I learn. I move. I nourish. I let the earth, the waters, and the people restore me. I’ve trained with gifted teachers—holistic healers, Ayurvedic practitioners, nutritionists, yoga and kundalini guides—and, perhaps most profoundly, with the everyday Balinese whose way of living is a prayer in motion. Their presence, humility, and devotion have left a permanent imprint on me.
I want to be a vessel of this wisdom—to carry its quiet strength, its softness, its sacred rhythm into the work I offer. It is my deepest intention to share it in a way that supports your healing, your remembering, your return to yourself.

My path has also been shaped by my academic grounding in psychology and cross-cultural studies, and a lifelong journey across places like Hawaii, Costa Rica, and the landscapes of my Tibetan–Platonic roots. But I do not work from books alone. I walk the teachings. I live what I offer.
I know the terrain of grief, immigration, identity shifts, motherhood, and the many in-between spaces that come with living a cross-cultural life. These are not theories to me—they are sacred chapters of my own story.
So when you come to me, I meet you from that place.
I see your pain. I feel your unease.
And I know this hurts.
I hold deep respect for the intricacy of the human psyche and the quiet intelligence of the body. I honor your longing to feel connected—rooted, heard, at home in yourself.
And I want more for you than simply “coping.”
I want you to feel joy, peace, and freedom—not as fleeting experiences, but as your natural state.
I want you to reconnect with that spacious, luminous part of you where self-compassion lives, where your capacity to expand, soften, and become the embodiment of love and mercy is always waiting.
My approach is scientifically grounded and soul-informed—a gentle weaving of mind-body practices, modern psychological understanding, and ancient traditions of healing.

My vision
I see myself as a toolbox you can reach into—a companion full of resources to support your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. The tools I offer have been carefully lived, tested, softened, and refined—so that you can choose what resonates for your path.
I am a trained yoga practitioner and certified in kundalini, Pilates, and traditional Balinese and intuitive bodywork. I hold postgraduate qualifications in psychology and cross-cultural studies, and I am a deeply dedicated practitioner of The Work by Byron Katie, a profound method of self-inquiry that changed my life.
My work is not just a career—it is a way of living.
I’ve had the blessing of training and learning from both gentle souls and brilliant minds in places like London, Liverpool, Costa Rica, Hawaii, Bali, New Zealand, Australia, and Germany. The world has been my classroom. And in every place, I’ve gathered insights, not to fix—but to help others reconnect with their own knowing.
In practice, I combine conventional counseling with deeply embodied and experiential tools:
